Terms of use
Version 1.0 of 21 October 2026.
The institution that offers this booking page offers the appointments on this booking page. These terms explain how booking works and what is expected of you.
Who provides what
The institution offers the appointments, sets its services, opening hours and requirements, and decides on your procedure.
Appointsafe, operated by Shopkitware, sole proprietorship, owner Hakim DJABRI, Nordring 25, 64846 Groß-Zimmern, Germany, [email protected], runs the booking service on its behalf.
Free of charge
Booking an appointment here is free. Any fees the institution charges for its own services are separate.
Your booking is a commitment
While you complete your booking, the time you chose is held for you for a few minutes. It is booked once you confirm it.
If you cannot come, cancel or move it with the link in your confirmation email. The page it opens shows until when you can do so online. That way someone else can have the time.
Booking for others
Each online booking is for one person, the primary attendee named in it, who must come and whose identity can be checked at the counter. You can book for a family member in their name; one email address can hold one active booking per service at a time.
What is not allowed
Booking with automated tools, reselling or passing on appointments, booking under a false identity, and holding times you do not need are not allowed.
If such abuse is detected, the booking can be cancelled, and the booking page's protections refuse automated or repeated attempts.
Messages you receive
The service sends you a confirmation with your change and cancel link and, where the service has them, reminders before the appointment, by email or, if you gave a mobile number and the institution uses them, by text message. Where the institution uses them, it also sends a code to confirm your email, what to bring, a notice when a time frees up on a waitlist you joined (the waitlist reserves no time), and a request to rate your visit. An institution can also invite you by email to book. These messages are part of the service, not advertising.
The institution's information and decisions
The institution is responsible for what it publishes here, such as its services, documents and hours, and for every decision about your procedure. Appointsafe does not decide on your request.
Availability
We aim to keep the booking service available at all times, but maintenance or incidents can interrupt it. The institution can add, move or cancel times; you are then told by email.
Liability
Appointsafe is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory consumer law requires it. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence covers only the breach of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
Links and rights in the website
Links to other websites, such as the institution's, lead to content we do not control. The booking site, its design and its texts are protected; you may use them only to book your appointment.
Privacy
How your data is processed is explained in the privacy notice.
Changes
These terms can change. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.
Applicable law
German law applies. If you live in another country, the mandatory consumer protection of that country still applies to you.
Contact
For your appointment, contact the institution. For the booking service itself, write to Appointsafe at [email protected].
